Prison Abuse

No one should get away with taking away your constitutional rights and freedoms, including those wearing a prison guard uniform. As a prisoner, you have rights. When those rights are not upheld, you need someone on your side fighting to protect you.

Some examples of prison abuse include:

  • Beatings, torture and other physical abuse
  • Exposure to dangerous and extreme temperatures
  • Denial of needed medical attention
  • Starvation
  • Failure to control inmate violence or assaults
  • Failure to prevent suicide

If your loved one is in jail or prison, it does not mean that they have lost all of their rights. Most constitutional rights remain intact even while awaiting a trial or while serving a prison sentence.

Should you or a loved one suffer unjust and cruel treatment, contact the law office of C. Paul Stanley. Case evaluations are always free and there are no attorney’s fees unless we win your prison abuse case.  Our office is highly selective and does not accept every potential case, but we will always listen, care, and respect you.
